Couples Therapy

A safe space to slow down, connect and actually hear each other again.

Sessions blend real-time processing; working through what's coming up between you, right here, in the room with practical tools and skills you can take home and actually use. This isn't just talking about the problem; it's building the muscle to handle it differently next time.

Some common things that are worked on in couple’s therapy: communication and conflict, life transitions (parenthood, marriage, and everything that shifts underneath you), intimacy and sex, infidelity and rebuilding trust, wherever you're at, whatever brought you here.

Individual Therapy

This is a space to meet and understand all parts of yourself with no judgment.

We look at attachment patterns, family and childhood experiences, and how they've shaped the way you navigate life and show up in relationships.

Using a parts-work lens, we get curious about the different parts of you and help them work together instead of against each other. Together, we break the cycles that no longer serve you, so you can respond from choice and your most authentic self.

Relationship Coaching

A weekly, tools-based package for couples who want to build skills.

This is structured differently from couples therapy. Each week, we meet for a shorter session focused on psychoeducation and practical tools, understanding how attachment and communication actually work, and walking away with something concrete to practice before the next session.

Some common things worked on in relationship coaching: communication skills, understanding your attachment styles, navigating a specific recurring conflict, and improving sexual intimacy.

This is a skills-building package, not a substitute for couples therapy. If you're working through something deeper, like infidelity, ongoing conflict, or a rupture that needs repair, couples therapy is the better starting point, we can help you figure out which fits in your free chat.

Retreats

Some of the deepest work doesn't happen in a room — it happens when you step outside of your everyday life and give yourself the space to actually feel.

These are guided psychotherapy retreats set in nature, designed for both the relationship you're in and the relationship you have with yourself. Away from routine and distraction, we go deeper into the patterns that shape how you connect; with a partner, with yourself, with the people around you, supported by a small community of others doing the same work alongside you.

You'll leave having actually felt it, practiced it, and experienced what it's like to be met by yourself, and by others.

You don't have to commit to therapy today. Just start with a conversation.
