A good rule of thumb is this. If most of what's coming up lives inside you, like patterns, self-worth, old wounds, individual work is a great place to start. If it's mostly about how you and a partner relate, communicate, or keep getting stuck in the same fight, couples work is usually the better fit. If you're not sure, tell me in our free chat and we'll figure it out together.

Sessions are virtual, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable and private to you, no commute, no waiting rooms, just a safe space for you in your healing journey.

Most clients start with weekly/biweekly sessions, especially in the beginning. This gives us the momentum to really settle in together and get into the deeper work.
As you start feeling more grounded, we can start spacing out the sessions more, at whatever pace feels right for your life. This is your process, so we stay close to what you actually need as we go, together.

Credentials & Training
I am a registered therapist and counsellor under the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), Level 2. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Melbourne.
I have trained under the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to work with couples, and hold certifications as a Trauma-Informed Coach and a Certified Root Cause Therapist. I am currently completing further certification in IFS-informed somatic parts work.
I also hold a Trainer the Trainer certification allowing me to lead workshops and training sessions beyond one-on-one and couples work.

As I work with clients across different countries, my rates are set in AUD and adjusted based on your location and current exchange rates. Rather than list a fixed number here, we'll go over exact pricing together on our free consult call, so it reflects your situation accurately.
I also hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need more financial flexibility. If that's you, just mention it during our free chat and we'll figure out what's possible together. :)
